Thrifty Thursday

Here's an easy way to incorporate natural foods into your daily routine with very little work.

And, the result is good home scratch cooking, just the way you like it!

Buying plain organic yogurt with no fillers is the way to go!

Then all you have to do is chop up some apples and sauté them for about 20 to 30 minutes in a little bit of water. You can add cinnamon and or cane sugar if you’d like to make it sweeter. Let it rest and chill out overnight.

These two items make up my breakfast for the week…and only costs about $8-$10 for the whole week!

It takes a little bit of work, but it’s so worth it, knowing that it’s fresh food, and I know exactly what goes into it.

What else would you like to see added to that yogurt?
